to relay or not to relay?

hello ac heads...
i know nothing about cars, i just want some cool lights. i want to change my fogs, my drls and my headlights to plug and play hids. currently looking at 6000k....
so do i need a relay harness or ballasts? as you can see I'm new to this

Don't get 6000k, you're just losing lumens for a blue color. Don't get HID DRLs, you're going to blind people. If you have a 12-14, I would look into LED fogs.

Stick with OEM configs they never look the same as they did when I had my originals. But mine went bad I had no choice. Get the inspire accord fog lights they look sick!

headlights is plug and play.
for the fogs; there will be an aftermarket kit with a relay at The Retrofit Source Inc

i have a 09 tl so what should i put in my drls? i wanted it to look ice blue

i have the 09 tl i love the body of yours tho!! wish i could do that to my fogs
