Can I put a higher crankin car battery in my 2013 acura tl shawd since the stock battery sucks. I mean I only got 3 years out of the stock battery really. They replaced it for free at the dealership because I have under 50k with another stock battery I'll take this for now free is free but for my next battery what do you guys suggest.

I only got 2.5 out of mine - then went to auto zone and got the duralast gold - higher CCA

Nothing is going to blow up with a higher CCA battery. I'm personally a fan of Optima - Red Top would be the variant you want for starting.

Heck ya go with the CCA, I replaced the factory battery. I put in Interstate Megatron Plus MTP-24F 1000amps/800CCA.

Same here. They have a 5 year warranty for the duralast gold batteries. It's been almost 3 years and no issues for me.

Anicra got the right battery. The Interstate Megatron Plus MTP-24F 1000amps/800CCA. Since the cell caps are not flush mounted on this battery (like the original), I had to modify the plastic battery cover a little. But it is the strongest one you can get that fits on the battery shelf.
