Maybe alignment is needed this is just my guess. Someone will chime to tell you exactly what the problem is. Has the car been in any accidents esp. front end. When was the last time the car received an alignment?

Are you running aftermarket wheels and tires? Any aftermarket suspension or anything like that?

^^^You got that right thoiboi, I mean did you curb check anything before this took play or did you run over something? But from what OP is describing it's most likely your having issues that's called poor steering returnability. It could be caused by many factors such as steering gear that is too tight or improperly adjusted. Sticking or binding components, such as a king pin, ball joint, bell crank or even the steering column can prevent the steering wheel from returning to center after a turn. Alignment can also be a factor; improper caster, improper toe-in, can be contributing factors. The list goes on, but more than likely these are the common ones, but best suggestion is to take it to a trust worthy suspension/ alignment shop.

Now we're talking..... There's obviously something up on the left side. Did you do an alignment? Sounds like VSA sensor may be damaged as well.

Ok that helps a lil bit. I believe that whoever installed/replaced your suspension parts they might've tightened the steering sector too much that's why the steering is returning slow. So in that essence take it back and have them correct their errors. As I mentioned earlier if it feels like its sticking or maybe binding components, such as a king pin, ball joint, bell crank or even the steering column can prevent the steering wheel from returning to center after a turn. If thats not it then hell all I could think of is your steering rack bushings needs to be replaced as well. I'm not quite knowledgeable on the stability assist thing but I would just try to reset it or take it to the shop and have Acura look at it.
