I may have already posted in this...but I forget lol...

I think the fastest I've gone in my TSX was maybe 105 MPH. This was on highway 132 between I-5 and Modesto. I didn't want to do more and quickly slowed down as I really don't want a ticket. lol The car rides really nice at high speeds.

I'll go take my own tonight by doing the diagnostic thing. I hate being left out.

Well, I've had mine up to 125 or 126 on I-16 heading out of downtown Savannah, GA. I started to float a bit, but that was due to a curving road and concrete slabs with large spaces in between each slab. I had to slow down because once I went over 120 it didn't feel stable.

Better place would be a warm, asphalt road that's flat and straight I'd think.

I also got it to 139 MPH headed to Cali from Phoenix (In Arizona where the roads are still smooth).

It seemed like it was topped out but a semi was in the right lane and I didn't want him reporting me so I let off.... then floored it again...

I only had an intake and had luggage with a passenger. Very solid with TEIN SS on HFP 19".

My top speed has probably been 95mph.

The car isn't particularly fast in a straight line, and I can do 160 on my motorcycle if I want pure speed.

Turns are where this car shines, and I'll happily brag about my corner exit speeds when compared to most any other passenger vehicle.

... as if the "5-0" allow people to travel 135 mph, but no faster.

Extra weight generally will not affect top speed, except it takes longer to get there. Actually, more weight can compress the suspension, making the vehicle slightly more aerodynamic. At top speeds, aerodynamics are everything. You could probably get that extra 1mph by folding the mirrors in.

Has everyone not seen these videos?

Stock '08 TSX 5AT. Limited at 142.

Intake and Reflash '04-'05 TSX 6MT. Still limited at 142.

And well this guy.. he has to be able to reach 160.

Sorry if they're re-posts, I tried to go though all the pages.

Fastest I've done in the TSX was about 105, 04 5AT. And then there was 120 in my brothers Jeep. -Never again! His suspension was shot and honestly I don't know how we didn't wreck that night.

2010 Acura tsx 4 cylinder in manual mode

I got mine up to 140mph on a freeway, the only thing I have added to my car is a short ram intake, but yeah I was in 4th gear around 5000 rpms so I still could have shifted into 5th and gone faster but a wicked turn came up and I had to slam on my brakes to prevent my car from flipping haha
