Hello everyone, I have a Acura TSX 2005 and my sounds has went out on my radio I still have power just no sound it was cutting in and out then just stop completely can someone help.

Just to add, my sound just went out on the right side only on my 06 TSX. Not sure if both problems are from the same cause(s). Any help with this would be much appreciated....

Not sure if the 1st gen's have an amp, but could be wiring for the right side (something lose, something wet, lost ground connection) or blown speakers.

I assume you already played with the radio's left to right, front to rear balancing.

Easiest, but teadious, way would be to take apart the door cards, swap the left speakers to the right, and see if you get any sound, thus eliminating blown speakers. Start troubleshooting and eliminating possible causes.

My drivers door speaker hasn't worked for almost 6 months now. I was told it's likely the amp. Our 1G does have a amp, 360 watt 6 channel.

I'm out of town for another week in the MDX before I can get a chance to check out my speakers on the TSX.

Got back from my trip on Sunday night. Went to test out the right speaker problem in the TSX in the morning and everything was working. Must be (at-least I hope) a connection problem?

Still no fix for me. Haven't tried a new amp yet but I'm noticing the right side of the car just sounds fuller vs the left (drivers) is not really trying. Maybe the rest of my amp is going out?
