All 4 exterior door handles and the 2 mirror puddle lights will illuminate with the interior dome light. So when locking or unlocking the car or with opening a door all the door handles and mirror lights will come on and go off slowly dimming with the interior dome.
Interior door handles will also be illuminated whenever the ignition is ON. regardless of door being open or shut or headlight on or off.
In the pics it was just a LED with a wire and a battery. Nothing installed yet. I'm still trying to figure that out...

pretty easy to diy.
as there are COUNTLESS DIY for other makes and models....and it all involves the same thing.
drill a hole for LED. then wire to existing light source that turns on when you open the door.
so, you need to drill 6 holes all together. 4 door handle holes and 2 side mirror holes. then its all wiring from here

I will do it as soon as I'm sure which wire is the dome supervision. I was told on the TSX Facebook pages it was the green one above the large plug on the fuse box by your feet, I looked myself and didn't see it.
Also have to figure out what fuse I need for the "add a fuse" connector in the fuse box. I'm supposed to find a 12v live source that is always on even without the key in the ignition, wire that as positive to the LED and negative to the dome super vision.
But I was also told to wire the positive to a ground and the negative to the supervision... ????
I'v yet to find a solid DIY for the TSX, and I'm not about to fry my car. The 3G TL DIY is as close as it gets, and it's even unclear to me.
So yes, I will do this, will do DIY, will show you how. As soon as I know.. and when it's not winter, so maybe spring...
I'm just really mad though because other TSX guys have it but won't tell me what they done. Hell I see other cars, like Pontiac enthusiasts doing it. No luck in google for a TSX DIY that still has clear instructions.
