Center console and Center pocket light

Center console and Center pocket light
Radio and HVAC lights are working.But center pocket and console light are not working. I tried replacing center pocket light bulb with the following.

This seems to match the OEM honda light spec. It did not work. I ensured parking light is on and also tried reversing polarity.
