I wanted to stop by and say hello to all my fellow TL netizens because I officially bought one yesterday. It was a long hard search but I found one in really good shape and I hope it will treat me as well as I plan on treating her. I'll post pictures later but she's got about 105K and change and runs great. Have a good night.

Impressions:

It's a very comfortable car. I'm coming off of a e46 so the softness is "Oldsmobile"-esque but I'm digging it. Engine is quiet and it smells nice inside. A/C is great and the stereo is surprisingly sound. I've already put a few hundred miles on her and my only complaint is that the tires are out of whack or something and shake quite a bit. I'll have to take care of that..... Coming out of 1st gets a bit jerky with a squeek but the other gears are smooth. I've taken her into 2 separate indies and both gave her a clean bill of health with the exception of belts that should be done soon.

Lot of talk of diff fluid and tran fluid change out so I guess that's on the list as well. Oh and a keyless/security system because I just can't keep opening and closing the door with a key; seems archaic. What a nice car so far.
