Check engine light after valve cover gasket replacement

Check engine light after valve cover gasket replacement
Ok so last night I replaced the right side valve cover gasket. it started getting late but I got it finished, started my car up and now my check engine light is on, I looked everything over this morning and everything looks fine and sound fine but the light is on
Need help thanks

Get code(s) from CEL in order to find out what is causing light to be on.
