1997 acura tl 2.5

Hi,
I bought my first acura the car is nice and solid and it's time to do some work on it. After paying the mechanic allot of money for just rotors and brakes I decided to start working on the car my self. I ordered sparkplugs, air filter , fuel filter, and thermostat. I also just bought a oil pan and transmission fluid. I want to start with changing the transmission fluid. Where is the drain plug? I can't seem to find an exact answer for this engine as the 2.5 is not as common.
Thanks all

nice pick up. welcome. not a lot of 1st gen users on here. you're gonna want a service/repair manual. there's a CD version, websites here.

i just did these over the weekend:
click-->replace D4 light
click-->fog lights to DRL's (and just do part 1)

breaks and rotors are a fun project for future reference.

also, im guessing you dont have a keyless entry system and I did this one from
Amazon Amazon
. i have a video DIY to post.

get a lift and jack stands from Harbor Freight tools. or ramps for doing oil change and getting to that tranny. Always be safe with wiring and disconnect the battery and set your lift/jack stands correctly.

post what you get into. cheers
