Will non oem spark plugs turn on check engine light?
2001 Acura RL threw the check engine light, scanned it and got cylinder 1 & 3 misfiring along with 2 random misfires. Changed the plugs and got talked into getting E3 spark plugs instead of the OEM NGK's. CE light came back on a couple days later and I tested the coils and they're fine. Now along with the CE light, I get the yellow triangle with a exclamation mark in the middle
(I think it's TC) & the VSA light. I restart the car everytime to make those lights go away but CE stays on. Could this be from the non oem plugs?
