Can't do an Alignement

I just added a Set of wheel and tires on my Acura RL.
My wife just purchased a New Accord 2013 EXL-V6 Navy added HPF 19 " wheel so I requested the original wheels and tires that came with the Accord.
Over the week end I installed them they look Awesome even better on my car than the Accord.
SO today I took my Car to Honda dealership where we bought the Accord to do an alignment .
The Mechanic came out said there is no way he can remove the lower arm
He said they all rusted out front and back.
So he sprayed some antirust around the bolts .He said give it a day if he cant remove them..he suggested
i should replace the lower arms front to rear have him cut them off.

What do you think ?

It can happen with old rusted parts. Both of my rear lower arms were seized and alignment wasn't possible. The mechanic had to torch them out.

Sounds like a good mechanic to me. If replacing I would go with adjustable arms if you want the alignment perfect. I got mine pretty cheap though discount auto shocks dot come. My personal preference, don't go to the dealership. Go to an independent alignment shop. The dealership will only put on factory parts. Hope this helps

I agree this mechanic is the top at this deanship ,hes been there for over 35 yrs.
Very honest person, came out showed me the rust,he's very big guy he even said he put all his weight to turn them around it was impossible.
But anyway, obviously I dont know much about cars .so thats why I come here for your Opinions which I appreciate.
Sorry this will sound stupid !!What parts should I get again? Lower arms and inter rode?I think thats what I need.
The mechanic said if you bring the parst he can install them for me.
I am going to hook him up
