o2 sensor air fuel ratio Bank 1 Sensor 1 Location
Does anyone know where to find the O2 sensor in Bank 1 Sensor 1 for the 2009 RDX? Have the part on order and would prefer not spending $200 in labour for an easy fix.
Much appreciated

Ignore the "bank 1" reference since all RDX only have 1 bank of cylinders. The "sensor 1" should refer to your upstream sensor, generally placed very close to the engine (make sure you ordered that and not your downstream sensor that plugs into the exhaust after your cat). Typically it'll be between the turbo and cat(s), but I couldn't tell you what direction it's facing, whether to approach from above or below, etc. I haven't had to explore this are of my RDX yet but I have changed it on other cars before. If you peek at the turbo and follow the path down the exhaust, you're sure to find it.

Did you find where this is exactly located? I just recently found that I needed to change it, and can't find any actual pictures or youtube tutorials for the first gen Acura RDX.

Was able to find the top O2 sensor and being my first time performing it, took a bit of time.
Steps:
1. Remove the Intercooler. I used this youtube video to remove the intercooler (not too difficult and removing it from the rubber hose was the only difficult part) -
2. Remove the heat shield of pre converter (behind and left side of engine when standing in front of engine)
Then you will find the O2 sensor, and the wiring.
3. I used this youtube video for how to remove the O2 sensor:
I have attached a photo here and it is behind and below the green circle (you can remove this housing mount for easier access
