ECU problems?

1998 Acura CL 3.0 automatic
I recently did an engine swap and that went well for the most part. I am having problems with my transmission now. The d4 light is flashing and the car is stuck in 2 and D3. I have to manually shift it from 2 to D3. The code it is blinking is 22. 2 long blinks and 2 short blinks. I have not been able to find that code and all I find is codes 1-15, like there is no code 22. Every so often I can turn the ignition off and back on and the light goes away and shifts perfect, but the light always comes on soon after. I think I have a bad ECU. When putting the battery in during the engine swap, I put the battery terminals on backwards and thats when I noticed the light. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I pulled the ecu and examined it. There was a group of pins that were burned. It was hard to tell but they looked a little off compared to the other pins. I took it to a guy that soldered the pin. I unplugged the battery for a minute. Reconnected the ecu and the light was gone, car shifts perfect.
