Im hoping somebody on here can answer a question i have

basically im swapping a j30a1 into a buggy im building and need to know if my ecu will still run if i remove the wiring for the auto trans and smog equipment or will it go into limp mode... alternatively if anyone on here has any info on a budget standalone setup that would also be helpful
