Motor Trend 2.4 TLX road test

Don't be silly. "Thrill" is subjective. More thrilling than a Camry, less thrilling than a Lamborghini. Its thrilling for me to see an F-22 upclose, but surly more thrilling to fly one. It's thrilling to drive an S2000 on the track, but more thrilling to drive a formula car. I found it thrilling to do a catapult launch off a carrier in a COD, but is got to be more thrilling in an F-18 Hornet.

It doesn't tell the whole story. :-) The motor's tuned with a very broad torque range and the transmission is surprisingly good.
Not excellent...but surprisingly good.
The TLX 2.4 Tech is selling as quickly as they can get them in around here, and there's a reason for that.
It's one of those odd sweet spots that seems to be what the majority of purchasers in a certain range are looking for.
I don't have much bad to say about the car.
It's not for me...but it's not bad at all!
