Happy Canadian Thanksgiving...and speaking of being thankful...
I am very thankful for my family and friends and quality of life. Now, with the important stuff out of the way, let me say that I am thankful for my 2.4 TLX Tech. I realize that this is considered unusual behaviour by some of the posters on this forum, but let me explain why:
1. Love the combo of classy + sporty look that is somewhat more timeless than many cars. Of course this is a very subjective thing;
2. Enjoy the smooth, quiet as a church ride;
3. Love the overall look and feel of the cabin, from the comfortable milano leather to the durable and trim, the lighting, etc. BTW, If you take care of the leather with a quality of product, it looks like new.
4. Love the handling and sportiness, especially in Sport mode, which I now am using on a regular basis. Works best with the 8 speed; PAWS is a very good thing.
5. Love the 8 speed DCT, especially how it fits like a glove with Sport Mode;
6. Adore the ELS sound system - my sanctuary from the world;
7. Appreciate the real world fuel economy;
8. Appreciate the passive safety technology, the excellent climate control, and the flexibility of the two screens. Note to reviewers - there is only one semi redundant screen out of 4 options...how is that a minus?
9. Last, but certainly not least, I very much appreciate the relationship I have developed over the last 8 years with folks at my Acura dealer, in sales, service, and parts.
Is it the best car out there for the money - maybe, maybe not. Are there many good sedans out there - absolutely. Is the 2.4 TLX Tech an excellent value - you bet your bottom dollar it is! One thing I know, is that I enjoy getting in my car every day....and if you can say that, whatever you drive, then enjoy the ride

I agree, although I have a different model. And the fact that it was built in OHIO simply adds to the thrill.

Happy (belated) Thanksgiving day to you too my good sir!
Like you I'm very happy with my TLX. In fact I started to write up a long term review (2 years now) of mine - need to get it finished.

In addition to your list (mine is approximately similar where applicable), I'm thankful for the extra features us Canadians get in our TLX models! Love me that heated steering wheel and power folding mirrors (I use them more than I thought I would!).

There are four lights!
I was washing my car yesterday, and I caught the gentleman next bay over staring at my vehicle. He finally looked up, and finally said: "Man, what a beautiful car!". He proceeded to stare at it for a few more moments and walked back to his car smiling. I am thankful we drive great looking cars! It's kinda too bad Acura is going away with the beak. The shield on the TLX is just about perfect.

^love that color!
it's funny, i haven't gotten so many "nice car" comments from strangers than i do in the tlx; and i useto drive a heavily modded integra. i was just putting on new plate covers on in the parking lot and this random old guy started to go ape shit over the car lol.
