Is this an attractive promo for a 2017 TLX? [CANADA]

Hello ACURAZINE!

30th Anniversary Sale Promo:

Just wondering how attractive/unattractive this offer is? My 2013 Accord lease is over in May, and I selected Acura as one of my choices for a new lease. Right now, my eyes are set on the 2017 Civic Hatchback, but I also quite liked the TLX when I test drove it back in December. Would you pull the trigger on this offer? I can also trade in my Honda to Acura since it is from the same car family. The model I'm looking at is the 2017 TLX SH-AWD with A-spec package (+$3k option) and I have thought about planning to keep it after the least is over depending on how well I can maintain it. I am aware of the new 2018 generation of the TLX, but I honestly didn't find there was a big enough change to be worth waiting for compared to the previous generations. Thanks for any responses!

In Canada, can't be beaten. Specially a 30 month lease.

Thanks for the replies guys! I'm not too knowledgeable on numbers (or math in general lol) and I wasn't sure if deals like this come often.

I will speak to the dealership then! Thanks!

I would echo the other posters. Drive it extensively and make sure you like it, but it's an excellent value for your money!

Got a phone call from my dealer last night about a special VIP only event related to this special. I told him I wasn't really interested. He insisted that it would be a no pressure, look around only event. I think I crushed his hearth when I told him I didn't like any of the current models they had right now, waiting for new models to come. I have a feeling I wasn't the only past customer that said that lol.

As for the special itself, it's ok. It honestly reminds me of the deal I got on my clearance 15 TLX. I got 5k off and 0.01% on 30 months lease (Honda's system can't handle zero...) with 4K down to lock interest. I had already paid off my TL so no available discounts with interest, started at 1.9%. The free maintenance is meh, only a couple hundred dollars.

If I'd be a new shopper (will be in less than a year), I'd wait at the very least for the MMC to show up. Even better discounts! Should be announced soon, gut feeling towards the NY auto show. If they don't announce it by then, well it's either because their marketing is stupid or because they have an internal issue triggering a delay (cough, transmission, cough). Fingers crossed!
