To those 2016 TLX owners with a V6, how do you like the ZF trasmission?

I had some 2015 V6 loaners and found the transmission jerky and unacceptable. Is the 2016 better than the 2015? Can we expect any better with the 2017 model?

I have a 2016 and I'm happy with my transmission. No jerkiness or delays in normal shifts. The 9 to 4 downshift takes about 1.5 sec though (just the dog clutch design). Test drive one, like I've said to others, because otherwise you won't know for yourself if YOU like it.

I was given a 2016 TLX V6 SH-AWD loaner for the weekend while my TLX was being serviced. It shifted very smoothly with none of the rough shifting that I experienced in the 2015 V6's.

I bought my 2015 TLX V6 Tech on October 1, 2015 and have no issue with ZF transmission. Mostly driving in normal or sport mode. On a long trips use Eco mode. LOVE my TLX!!!!!!!!!
