Sounds like a decent deal. From a dealer?

Sounds like it was an ex-loaner car.

Not sure where you are, but I got offered a brand new 2015 V6 Tech for $32490 + $599 doc fee last September. brand new 2016 V6 tech was $33490 + $599 doc fee last month. However, in other parts of the country, the deal you have might be good, pricing can be very regional.

IMO, Acura's CPO warranty doesn't mean much, especially when comparing to Lexus CPO. I personally wouldn't pay more than a few hundred dollar premium for Acura CPO.

I've seen these as low as just under $30k here in St. Louis. I think you can do better.

dealer retail is 31,500, clean trade is 29500, 30k would be a good deal and 1,500 for the warranty. i would ask for 31,900 with the warranty.

$32,900 is AVERAGE pricing. With new 2015's & 2016's on the lot, 30K is a lot closer to a reasonable number. 2015 had growing pains with the transmission so you might have a car with a jerky trans is a few thousand miles. Much less complaints with the 2016 model. If you are set on getting a TLX and can't get a lower price, negotiate accessories with the car such as the aero-kit, mats, spare tire, etc.

2016's and 2017's are already getting $1500 loyalty cash back incentive along with another 1K from edmunds.

FYI, CPO adds 1 year 12K miles to the bumper to bumper warranty. You can buy extended 10yr/100K mile plans for under 2K from acura.
