Service in Downtown Toronto?
Hi all, wondering if anybody has any ideas for servicing my new 2008 TL in downtown Toronto.
A thread in this forum rates dealers, Downtown Acura, which is within walking distance of me, gets at least one positive review from their service dept.
Anyone have any other experiences with this dealer's service dept.?
Otherwise, I do have a solid indy (Cam's on King St.) but I'm not sure if I want them (especially their lube technicians) working on my TL. But all the specialists seem to be on the outskirts of the city. I'd rather not sit for hours in a waiting room or waste gas driving to and from.
So is there a good Acura/Honda specialist in downtown Toronto that anyone can recommend? Thanks in advance!

Gave Downtown Acura a shot for my A12 service. Went well. Prices weren't too much more than what my indy would charge.
Car has no issues, so it's just PM at this point. May just continue to use the dealer for that, as much as I'd want to avoid dealerships in general.

I would not recommend Downtown Acura. They damaged my wheels once (had them restored at their cost, because I had photo evidence). In general, I don't think they take care of the cars (meaning: they are not careful with them), their service is subpar, and overall, it doesn't feel you are getting a luxury car dealer service and experience. Pass.

Markham Acura is absolutely terrible. Without a doubt the worst service experience of any dealership I have ever brought a car to. Their give-a-shit-o'meter is solidly at zero.
Unless you want your car damaged and then have them basically accuse you that you did it - and then like chasing them down to see when your car will be ready (because they don't return your calls), you might want to go elsewhere...
