Yeah...
Shows what you've done and I like the regular pop-up saying I did something trophy-worthy

Played it a bit at a friend's. Not fair to give judgment since I'd only played it for an hour, but it seems a little slow for my taste. I also owned MGS and Splinter Cell but never beat those games, just got bored with them...

It is slow but the story and (I think gameplay) makes up for it.
And when things go down, it gets pretty intense.

My local Best Buy is only charging $25 for the deposit on a PS4 or Xbox One (or you could put down more or pay it off). Before anyone pre orders anywhere I'd check that out. The Reward Zone points being what I prefer about it.
I love the game. About 1/3 the way done. Great story, graphics and character development.

Well I finally beat it last night!
Awesome game! I want to play it again on a harder difficulty but I don't know how long that'll last.

Picked it up yesterday on the way home from work. Snagged the last copy at a Target of all places.
Only played about an hour. Got to Robert's warehouse...snuck around and broke some necks.

^ Not bad. The character movement is not as fluid/fast as say, Uncharted. But, I'm guessing that's on purpose.
The storyline is not bad so far. But, I mean, not much has happened per se yet. Just the opening where Joel loses his daughter and now, the mission to find Robert.

Yeah, seriously, that hotel basement was by far one of the most intense scenarios that I've played to-date in any game.
It was NUTS. I was borderline shaking when I made it to the exit. WTFBBQ...

Thank goodness I had a full set of health kits and enough to make more. But, yeah...the weird noises when I was alone at first was hard too. Then, yeah, when the generator was turned on and all hell broke loose...WTFBBQ.
I ran like a headless chicken screaming "Mommyyyyyy!"
Took me a few tries to realize I had to find that damn card.

They run really fast in that room too. I got to the door, then it says I need the card. "Shit." Go back down the hall. "raaahhhh" what the hell... and...."oh, I've been playing for a while, time to take a break."

Yeah, I did NOT notice the card scan until after a few deaths. And I had to replay it so that I had the card before I switched on the motor. Getting the card after the turning on the motor was suicide.
That damn armored zombie was too much to overcome especially with all the runners around.

I had a little help via YouTube because I was absolutely LOST.
I ran right past them after getting the generator going.

But, yeah...what made that stage so hair-raising was getting from the generator to the escape. Even after multiple replays, it was still borderline traumatic.
It dawned on me after a few tries that taking out the enemies was not a good idea. It also became apparent that I needed to memorize my escape path because that armored zombie was patrolling the upper hallways. And lastly, it became damn apparent that I needed the scan card PRIOR to starting the motor because running to go get it was death.
But, yeah...aside from this twitch that I now have after getting scarred for life with that stage, I'm good!

Anyhow, I left off shortly after Ellie saved my @$$. Got a handful of bad men to wipe out outside the hotel now.
Take care of that tonight.
