Okay to start the story off right, lets explain the situation. I had a 9:30 client meeting that I haven't been looking forward to this week. Well went out last night...first mistake...second...slept through alarm...woke up at 8:45...OOOPS!!! Well did the three S's and got out the door in record time.

I'm cruising up HWY 45 here in WI, 3 lanes 65. Well upon merging I get stuck behind an old granny going 40...DOH!! Everyone is passing her and me and I'm pinned. Finally I look back and I've got a hole but it's getting smaller as this wierd ass yellow car is coming up! HELL NO he ain't getting my spot....I slapped it over into SS and dropped it to 2nd and floored it. Shot over into the center lane and then the left lane. Easy cruising now that I'm out from behind the lady.

I then look to my right and see this older (late 40's) hippee guy in the funny yellow car pacing me. I'm like WTF, he looks over grins and nods... Oh yeah...it's on!! I slapped it back into SS and dropped it into 3rd and punched it. WOT here I come! I started pulling away and then the FAWKER had the nerve to start catching up... HELL NO!! Kept it buried and finally pulled away from him. Found a clearing moved over to the exit for work. The old hippe pulled along side laughing and shaking his head and took off.

Soooooo to make a long story short.... I KILLED an old hotrodded BRIGHT yellow Gremlin XS!


HAHAHAHHAAAHAHA

I thought it was funny as hell so I had to share.

Yep, one and the same.

Funny as hell. The guy actually had it fixed up rather nice well nice for that car. He had it all hotrodded out and Collector Plates and everything.

So yeah, not really too remarkable of a kill, but funny none the less.

Yes it was a Friday morning and granny did get in the way I should know I was there also the big question is did you pull away or did I let you I can answer that I let you when you went to exit remember who was still there looking at you yup me if you doubt this is me remember the glasses ? I was sad to see you exit because the fun was about to start for one of us but it was a fun morning that I could even agree on and yes it was a GREMLIN XS not just a gremlin x

Yup Like 10 years ago, I found it by accident when looking up GREMLIN XS ,But really like Acura's also. We still have the Gremlin XS and it still looks like it did that day. Except it's my wife's now and I can't even beat her with my Superbee LOL[/IMG]
