01 Cl Type S vs. 04 Rx8

So one of my coworker wanted to show me where i would put on headers if i get them so i popped out my hood and stuff? and then coming back to work. one of my managers said that he'll race me. he has a mazda rx8 6 speed rotary engine. vs my cl type s. he said all he has is exhaust and i just have a cold air intake and mufflers. who do u think would win? he wanted to race for 100 bucks. note: I beat a mazda6 a week ago but that was running 220 hp only and the rx8 is 238 hp but its a rotary engine. So who do u guys thing would win?

You shouldn't have a problem with the RX8 unless he is heavily modded. They really aren't that quick.
