Not my car but another local acurazine member. I find his choice interesting since he never visits the forum hence he wasn't influenced by this thread.

I know, right?

I drive it in nice weather during the winter so I don't have to work as hard to wash it. When spring hits in a few weeks, I'll be splitting miles between the wagon and the NSX, and ignoring my RLX.

Not afraid to drive it, Unlike NSXNEXT and his Genesis Rspec who is afraid to take it out of the garage

mmmmmm NSX miles

I love my Vagon but I would be hard pressed to drive it over the NSX when nice out.

haha. Well I have two cars and work from home. Plus, with the new beach house we've been mainly taking the truck back and forth... so haven't really been driving it much

With my new house being less than 2 miles from my work I basically work from home now too. Miles do not rack up nearly as fast.

So you bought a Porsche to go to the beach but it was to small. You bought a Vagon to go to the beach but it still sits at home and you take the truck. Are we taking bets how long the Vagon will be around

^ LOL... yeah, pretty much.

Funny thing is I have been thinking about flipping the Vagon, especially as we head into spring and prices rise.

But honestly, I love that thing and I know once we're done taking stuff back and forth to the beach (should be done soon since rental season will be starting), we'll be back to taking the Vagon.

It definitely was one of the nicer 996's out there. Good news is there are others... so if you're still looking I'm sure you'd find one

that's why i shopped the Vagon... it would be my daily toy...

@Kamlung

I just did another V wagon search for you. Lowest asking price for a non-salvage wagon is currently $46k on Autotrader. What's your price range? Will keep my eyes out for a suitable candidate.

....and no, mine is not for sale yet .

Sitting in a Boston hotel eating breakfast. Hard to drive her.
She won't hit 8,000 miles before her 3rd birthday.

It's insane. However, not NSX insane or 911 REALLY insane yet. I'm sure mine will be worth something someday...

I do it's just hard to drive her when you get on a plane each week and fly 300 miles away. And no I don't feel like driving her 5 1/2 each way AND work 10-12 hours days.

Sounds painful, my friend.

I have a couple of friends who do the same....live in Cleveland, work in NYC, so they fly the 400 miles to NYC and back weekly, and enjoy weekend life in the Land of Cleve. Helluva commute, but if the work is worthy and enjoyable, why not do it?

That makes the R-spec good weekend enjoyment.

There is a beautiful wagon for sale in SC right now on the forum. If it was available at the current price I might have stretched for it when I was looking.

^ $50k isn't a bad deal for all of those mods... but will take a buyer who wants a modded Vagon before he sells. He may have luck on the forum now that the weather is warming up.

Did you see that white 6mt?
