Heads Up fellow Acurazine members,

this is is my first thread ever and I'd like to really share my experience I had with HeelToe Automotive.

Okay to start off I've been really investing loads of time on how to spice up my bone stock 04' TL.
I found this website around a year and a half ago (around the same time I drove cross country from Miami to California)
I was astounded at all these mods and customizations that it excited me to start my build.
I ran across these forums day in and day out to start deciding on where to begin.

In various threads I saw people mention various websites, as to where they bought their parts, lip kits, coilovers etc...
some people preferred one over the other
BUT
upon stalking these threads I kept my eye on one specific website that would either be mentioned or unmentioned (that's right, HeelToe)

Fast forward to about a month ago. September 2016.
after putting in all sorts of time in to my car it was time to start on the exterior.
now keep in mind I've never bought from any online website for car parts.
My intial thought was to just go directly to Acura.
i spent countless days wondering if HeelToe would be my best bet.
Nervous and afraid After a long night, I decided to pull the trigger. Man... what came next was a complete 180...

i selected local pick up sent in my request for CUSTOM PRICING and I kid you not...

the response time was was faster than lightening!

i received a call the next morning verifying my order, and told that after cleared payment I should have my Type S Lip within the next week!!!
they were not joking
next week came and BOOM there is A man calling me to come get my Lip.

i grabbed my things and headed down the following morning.
the drive was beautiful all the way down (70 miles from Santa Monica to San Clemente)
excited and all i was greeted with the most uplifting, authentic, and genuine person I've met in California.
His name is David, and listen guys... David is like that one friend you wish you knew when you were younger.
Very nice, enthused, happy, and just all around cool!
we spoke about a few things, my build ideas, recommendations, and the drive.
before I left I thanked him again and made a promise I'd see him again.

What do you know...
about two weeks later, I took a dive again with a Pricing Request and Local pick up once more...

check my e-mail and I see this...

REQUEST APPROVED!
what?! No way two requests? How is that possible?
paid my invoice and calmly waited, a few days later theres that text.
David again, telling me my A-Spec Side skirts are ready.
told me he'd be available till 9:30pm
so
that same day I head down (waited after LA traffic of course)
On this hour drive I could only reflect on how great of a service these guys have.
The fact alone they allow LOCAL PICK UP is beyond AWESOME.
WAIT! Actually the CUSTOM PRICE REQUEST leaves me speechless
WAIT! It gets better, upon my last visit, I had seen a HeelToe sticker I really loved.
I asked David if he had any laying around. He texts back two pictures and asks me, which one...


upon arriving there is David again. Except this time it was different.
We talked longer, about cross country trips, ideas for my car, personal experience with a set of Coilovers (which he pushed me to finally bite the bullet and get)
i showed him what I did with my Type S Lip Mod etc
but
one thing struck out most,
he said to me "you're a music guy huh?"
now maybe it was my volume level at 6 with my doors closed, or just the simple fact that he is interactive.
A big smile ran across because I am a Music guy.
he told me to check out certain things and that I'd definitely be interested in. Which I am!!!

before leaving, he hands me (you guessed it) the sticker.
dead... hahahaha

after leaving I could only feel a bit sad because I know this might be the last time I see David
as my cross country trip will continue with me heading back Home (Miami)

i really don't see how any other service will compare. Anyone in the soCal area please.. take my review with more than just a grain of salt. These guys are the REAL DEAL, the TRUTH, the APEX when it comes to selling parts.

As for my lip kits well... they were painted to match perfectly, super CLEAN, and easy installation.
I am more than a satisfied customer. I am a blown away, super happy, and LOYAL customer.

These guys really do ROCK!

i noticed they went up to Oregon and I almost crapped myself after hitting local pick up

Yep, Marcus is a great vendor.

Excelerate (josh) is another great one i have dealt with over the years. Never a complaint for me with either one.

I was definitely worried as some others mentioned this would be a negative post. Glad to see it was a not one but two great experiences. Marcus is an awesome guy for sure. I have done lots of business with him and beeltoe over the years and never had a single issue.

Almost every single Vendor I've come across on Acurazine has taken care of their customers! As you can see from my sig, Heeltoe has been my mod supplier!

Marcus installed the coilovers on my TL before and my experience mirrors the OP. And small world, I actually know David as well but didnt know he worked at HeelToe until after we talked about his S2000 and my then TL. He's just as the OP described in person.
