I have a set of 4 oem acura floor mats that are no longer needed. they were made for 04-08 tsx but since they are very similar to the 04-08 tl ones I decided to try them in my tl and they fit perfect. The holes on the mats fit directly on to the hooks for the driver's side mat to prevent the mat from sliding. The rears are a little bit smaller than the tl ones but they do cover the carpet. They definitely do the job at protecting the carpet. Below are a few pics comparing the two type of mats.
