i'm posting this on behalf of one of my crew members since he doesn't have a Acurazine account.

what we have is modded heads from a '05 TL. Cleared and Blacked out with Carbon Fiber sides. These Heads were done by Bruce so you know the work is good. He's decided he wants to go in a different direction with his build so he wants to redo the Headlights.

He wants to trade base stock heads plus $225 for his modded headlights.

hi, kinda noobie question, if i do get these i install them in the card and just take off the ballast and ignitor and bulbs from the old heads to these easy plug and play or is there more work needed, second how wouldyou do this as i drive my car every day do u need a deposit or do i pay you 200 shipped and when i get them i install them and ship my oem back to you? sorry bout the questions thanks

From this thread I gather that 04-06 headlights are plug and play. 07-08 use different style turn signal bulbs I think. 06-08 have a redesigned ballast from 04-05 but still use same connectors.
What year do you have? Also I'll ask him. I'm sure he'd be fine with a deposit and ship and wait for u to ship back your stock ones. He has a second car so the TL being off the road for a week won't bother him.

Also if Anyone has heads with clear diffuser. He'd do a trade for those.

any pics of the cutoff. Would love to see Bruces' handiwork. Sure that would boost interest in the lights if people had an idea of the output that they are buying.

ModDOG, check out the DIY thread I have on here or the website on how to remove the bumper/install headlights and swap bulbs.

happy thanksgiving to all, and thanks for the response, i have a 04 tl head lights look funny and the left side is pink sometimes im thinking its the bulb unless you guys think its the ignitor or ballast , im thinking about chaning both bulbs and since im doing all the work im trying to come up with the money to buy a new set of modded heads and i came accross this thread let me see in a couple days if not sold ill try and buy them or trade with mine, also i have checked out your thread thank you so much on the DIY amazing and amzaing work thanks again
