Avelctronic AV switching device- think of this device as the AV receiver for your car. iPhone, DVD, ps/xbox, and TV tuner all go in as inputs, then using the remote you select what gets displayed on your nav screen - or output to headrests or other screens. The neat part about this unit is that it allows you to individually control input and output sources. This means the rear headrest screens can watch Barney while you watch Transformers on the Nav screen. You would replace the Doms or whatever other AV switch you may have. Where those units offer one switched source, this unit offers 4...
It also offers rear backup camera interface and I believe an auxiliary switch camera interface (some people do front parking camera). It's a fantastic unit, I did a write up on it a few years ago (alas the pics are dead from the crappy photo host).

It comes with a built in analog TV tuner and antenna- but I'm uncertain how effective that will be since all broadcasts are now digital. There are some legacy stations that still simulcast.

The unit comes with both PnP cable for the 3G Nav, and all install hardware. I installed one of these in my TL and liked how it worked so much I ended up getting this one for my Odyssey- but never got around to installing it.

AV electronic can even remove the tv tuner input and replace it with another svideo or composite AV source if you send it back-
