OEM parts necessary for repairing a leased vehicle?

Hey guys/gals...my right axle CV boot is torn on my 2011 TSX lease. The lease is done August of next year. Now I don't hear any noises or clicking from the joint..not yet. Worst case scenario is that I need a whole new Axle and Acura is charging about $800 for it lol just for the part. I got a quote for a rebuilt from a parts store for $130 and a new for $150 but the store needs the OEM part in return.

Acura does sell a CV boot kit for $90, but they want to see the vehicle.

Do I have to use OEM since its a lease vehicle, whats the best way to go about this.

I wouldn't bother !! The lease guys are pretty clueless about those kind of things. More concerned with the look of the interior and exterior !
