Agree, which is why I want that one. The A7S is still better but lacks the PDAF which is really important if you want to run third party lenses in that it greatly speeds up AF. A7S2 will have PDAF and even better low light performance but still low on resolution.

Oneonta Falls
Pretty cool location to see for the first time. Located in the middle of the Columbia river gorge In Oregon . The actual trail to the falls is walking up the creek which at times almost got to my chest deep and icy cold lol but the end result was worth it.

Obviously I didn't frame it perfect since part of his wing is cut off but still thought it was a pretty cool shot. For never shooting birds before I'm realizing this is a whole new animal to photography lol. Trying to pan birds in mid flight and keeping the camera focused on them isn't all that easy.

Honesty that fstoppers tutorial is a bit overkill for RE listing photos.

No it was just a single shot edited in LR. The light was good and the moon was just crazy. I ran upstairs to get that. I wish I would have been up there a few minutes earlier!

Tonight I was ready but it was cloudy at moon rise. But there was a window of opportunity about 35 minutes later than the above shot. I ran upstairs when I saw the moon while I was eating dinner and got some cool shots.

It will almost always have the most color at the horizon. Then go bright white as it gets higher like in Kens photo.

Yeah it happens quick. Color goes and the mega size at the horizon shrinks fast. It was really insane looking when I spotted it and it had just broke the horizon, but was still pretty cool when I got upstairs and got everything fired up.
