I just saw where Niello Acura is moving their new car operations to Roseville Auto Mall in Dec 2013. Their Madison/I-80 location will be for certified pre-own vehicles. You will be able to get service at either location.

Hmm thanks for letting us know. I'll be going to Niello next year to get my seatbelt buckle fixed. I'm waiting till I turn 25 to see if I can get a rental from them.

Man you have been having that issue for like 3 years. I took my TL in there and was able to get a loaner at 23 but this was at EG Acura.


Figured they would move to Roseville.

Yea, I called and asked and they said they won't loan out till 25. Different dealerships, different owners. I don't mind waiting, airbags might not work right now but I'll drive carefully.

Elk Grove Acura is very stingy with issuing out loaner cars. When I had a Lexus i didnt even have to ask it was automatically given no matter what i brought my vehicle in for.
