Good dealer/shops in Sunnyvale/San Jose?

Just relocated here in Sunnyvale. Acura of Sunnyvale is few blocks from my apartment. I wonder how their service quality etc. Google map review has just 2 stars out of 5. If they are not up to task, anyone can suggest other Acura dealers or shops? Thanks!

it might be 2 stars because it might be that only angry folks are the only ones who will bother to do that. i dont have any experience with them, though.

Look at tech 3 performance in San Jose. I would stay away from bay area Acura dealers.

^^^ If you got the $$$, good luck. I never go to dealerships except to buy cars. I find Independent shops to be faster, cheaper and do better work. Tech 3 will also treat you and your car better.

I meant to say no dealerships are honest.

I've been to Sunnyvale Acura for warranty stuff and have been treated pretty well. I'd recommend them for covered repairs. I've had good experience with Foreign Affairs in SJ/SC although they can get pricey.

Just learned from last oil change that the dealership sales division is moving to Fremont. The shop will remain in Sunnyvale.

Okay, i went to tech 3 auto repair performance to do a major stuff, but i am afraid they just blew it up big time. I took there for tbelt change and oil seal replacement hopefully they did that part. also requested additinal stuff like windshielf wiper change and console bulb replacement. they really skimped on this part and did a shoddy job: after service windshielf viper was still not replaced ( i can see because old one was making screeching noise and it still did after service!), i requested them to replace all burnt out center console bulbs but they did few of them and left out some. I also noticed there is a black huge oil stain with the shape of finders on inside of the roof fabric. my first experience with them is this and it is quite bad.

Lifted Inc in fremont. It's a new DIY shop with all the necessary tools and if you need assistant, there's a specialized tech there that can assist with all your needs. Good prices and good ratings from my experience.
