In all honesty, I don't think there's anywhere in Pismo to accommodate us. We would have to go to SLO or Avila Beach
It all depends on how many people actually show up. There's a difference between saying you're going and actually going.
The drive in would be an ideal spot. My fiancées work is renting it out this Wednesday for a party. BBQ and drinks at 5pm, then a movie once it gets dark. It's pretty big too, they have swap meets there.

We can all meet ( nor cal and so cal) at the Pismo Outlets, then caravan as one to the decided upon meeting place.
There's a lot of parking towards Port San Luis, and there is a beach area, but we would have to be there early.

This sounds like a great idea though man cause if we caravan from the outlets then we can go wherever after that and pick a spot that we can all chill at

And I'm using Fat Cats Cafe as a reference point. Huge parking lot, and there's a two way street along beach on the way to the restaurant. There is parking on both sides of this road, but like I said, it fills up quick.

When we go to Sunset to watch movies, we usually take our own food, then raid Dollar Tree for candy and shit. It's a cool place, they have their own snack bar with food, candy,ect. You lowered guys will scrape though. Both my TL and MS3 scraped some.

Pismo was freaking awesome. I think that was my first all cali meet. Lots of awesome memories and well worth the drive. Plenty of parking, a nice bbq, and awesome meeting many norcal members (a few ended up moving down here later). The pitstop in SB to take pictures and hang on the way home was fun too!

If I get the days off, I'll be attending a company party with my fiancée at Sunset Drive-In. I'll see what the fee is and if we could take our own movies.
Though I doubt they would give us the whole place on a weekend.. If there were 100 of us, maybe, but if it's a small amount, we just have to blend in with the others.
It's a gold mine, it gets pretty busy depending on what's playing.

every 1st friday of the month there is a car meet at sonic here in stockton (nice part of town & it consumes all of sonic, panda express, & lowes parking lots). this months had about 300 cars show up. plenty of everything - imports, muscle, old schools ... would make sense to do one there any 1st friday of any month for us nor-cal'ers. it's usually from around 6-10 pm. i take my son every month so i'll be there lol!!!

of course didnt mean to thread jack, but "meeting at a meet makes no sense" ... lol ... that's a matter of opinion, as it makes it that much funner to be able to co-mingle with everyone & enjoy other style vehicles. like you'll get a group of fr-s's & a group of s-2000's & a group of camaros & what not ... but i mean hey to each his own. if tl 's wanna just hang out with other tl's .... well then hey enjoy that !!! but yes i understand this specific meet is acurafest so that's cool ... so legends, vigors & rl's feel free to attend correct? or is it "acura-tl-meet" ?

Aren't we just trying to plan a meet? If people want to "meet" up before and caravan out what's the big deal? Pretty normal. Why the talk about creating a different meet?

Oh man.. The good ol days. Went to the first All Cali meet and it was awesome! Had tons of fun driving down and pulled over by PD for doing stupid shit. Fun times.
Whoever is spearheading this. Just an FYI: It's a lot of work if you want to make this happen... I'm pretty down tho. Haven't been to an AZ meet in years...
