Stream music off a flash drive help

Is there any good adapters that i can get to stream music off a flash drive or any other usb device? btw i have a 08 Type S and hooking up the ipod every time i get into the car gets really annoying really fast.

Can you use the steering wheel controls to change the song? and can you use the navi to search songs/folders?
