Need a little help identifying a part

service bulitin has 05-029 has it as part of the navigation outside temp system they call it a Subcontrol Unit and Harness (Delay Box Assembly).
But google searches bring it up for the HFL also.
The question is though, how do you have a part that you dont know what it is or what it belongs to?

do a google search for b05-029.pdf The item you are talking about is used for a fix for a parasitic draw if something in the navigation unit breaks. (-acura-world-) has it posted. Azine does too, but they have a spam thing setup, and it wont let you open it. It is that -> api viglink com/api/click?
