Does stock subwoofer amp have subsonic filter

Hello guys,

I'm getting ready to install a subwoofer system aimed at hitting the lows. My question is does the signal at teh stock woofer have a subsonic filter on it? And if it does, what is it set at, and is there a way around it?

From my experience take the signal before the stock amp. I am not certain but it seemed to me that the low low frequencies are attenuated by the stock amp. If you use the preamp signal you get a nice signal to work with that goes below 20 Hz. Some people run into some issues modifying the system but it worked great for me in my old TL which died a few months ago. Got another one but waiting for the nice weather to do anything to it... Hopefully mods on this one will go smoothly as well.
