Acura TL '04-'06 Navi
Im in the market for an 04-06 Acura TL, my question was that could you replace the navigation screen to offer the audio screen as well? Or is there a way to do that without getting the entire screen replaced?
Thanks

Or how would i get the screen to offer the bluetooth connection as well as navigation so I can play music from my phone kind of like the dodge Uconnect? Sorry I am new to all this.

And if i wanted to get a rear view camera installed (ex. A boyo camera) would it be displayed on the navi screen or would I need a completely different screen for that?
Thanks again

No-- that was never incorporated into the 3G TL; I don't know if there are any cars before 2010 that had Bluetooth music streaming.
The 2006 TL had an accessory miniplug jack for portable music players, but the '04-'05 did not. Either way, a cable and/or [iSimple] kit is necessary to hook up MP3 players or iPods to the 3G TL system.
Rear-view backup cameras were standard on the '07-'08 TL-S and TL with Navi.
For the '04-'06 TL, aftermarket rear-view camera kits using the OEM Navi screen such as Nav2Go, Dom's etc. were available -- search this site for "backup camera."

There is one for the '07-'08, but it's not mentioned in the '06 owner's manual.
The auxiliary jack is small, and best seen by shining a flashlight into the bin.

auxiliary
i bought a unit locally Houston tx and im sure that you can get them off ebay or something, but, it plugs into the back of the head unit. Into where the cassette plug in goes. The only thing is that it is a complete bitch to take out the whole head unit just to plug in the auxiliary input. You literally have to take out the whole dashboard starting from the glove box to the center console
