Default Navigation wallpaper

where can I get the default navigation wallpaper the one that has the logo of acura and satellite navigation system.

like this one. but with the satellite navigation system white letters

It can't be downloaded as far as I know, but I guess it can be extracted from de navigation dvd

Uploaded Wallpapers are Very Tiny

I know I am doing something wrong but don't know what. I copied the wallpapers I wanted to a flash drive and uploaded them. They looked fine right after uploading but when I selected the one I wanted to use, it showed up as very tiny.

Is there a particular pixel count I need to use? I have no idea what to do next.
