Hi everyone, had a question in regards to the talk button (phone talk)-it seems sometimes that i get in the car and hit the phone screen, the speed dial and options are locked. A bunch of "***" show up on everything. I have to press down on knob and enter the pin. Now I set this up to do it originally, but since then I have selected to "not use pin" for anything with the phone or to lock it out (meaning the car's connection to it, not the phone itself).

But what is weird is it will do this a couple times a week, then it won't the majority of the week. I am not sure why it won't erase the fact I don't want to use a pin. If my phone is connected, I want to be able to press the dial function on the steering wheel and select who I want to dial. Not enter the pin sometimes and not have to others.

What am i missing here? Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I have done a deletion of all personal info before, unpaired the phone and deleted the phonebook, and repaired everything. Yet it continues to do all of this.
