Convince me why I should? I don't really see what good it can do? The guys have been aprehended. I know I'll get flammed for that, but shed on me your intelligence on why to. Or someone tell me where to find the police report at i've got the number...Ken or Soop, If you want it i'll pm it to you, i've looked all over the cities website on where to get the report from and on www.ocso.com (orange county sherrifs office)

I always thought it was a federal law that folding stalks are illegal.

It still blows my mind that they gave the driver the gun. What if that gun would have been involved ina murder, which would only be found to be true from a balistics test. Its absoluty mind boggling.

Anything is possible, ys...But most things like this would happen, but not with a gun. Anything else but a gun. A gun IMO is not something that should be given as collateral. Its just one of those probably tre but unbelievable stories. Like the people that get hit by lightening twice...

So do you think the Arab looking guy who took the blame for accidentally shooting you may have been the undercover FBI operative who busted those terrorist wannabe's in Miami?

Thumbs down

first off, i'm sorry for dragging this obscenely moronic topic back to life but i feel as a slightly educated member of society it's my civic duty to put my foot down and call complete bullshit to this utterly patheitc fabrication. anyone who believes such an assinine story is like a retard in a room full of balloons, you'll believe anything. in fact i'm suprised a yeti didn't come out in the story and play the back nine with them on the craptacular swamp golf course.

a cop, tracks down a shooter, who then proceeds to give over evidence of a crime, to the victim, to take home and presumably keep as reparations for damages.... are you off your fucking rocker? who believes this shit?

there is no way in hell an AK round is going to get 'stuck' in a car door. sorry, i'm a shooter, i'm a gun enthusiast, i study ballistics. i've probably forgotten more about firearms, ballistics and terminal wound performance then you'll ever know. and i can tell you with certainty, that at ranges out to 150m a 7.62x39 will run right through the sheetmetal of cars. hell, it blows through body armor at longer distances.

as to the poster who was under the presumption that folding stocks are against the law by federal mandate? you may need a cranial rectum removal surgery, sounds like it's pretty far up there.

the best part is when the DHS rolls in to take down the serial number off of a gun that an alleged hadji owned. what are the fucking chances it was a legal firearm?

dude seriously, come on. this has to be one of the single most horribly thought out tales. next time try and make it some what believeable. as we sit now i lost 5 mins of my life i'll never get back reading your pathetic story full of run sentances and 5th grade level grammar.

They're called "sentences," genius. And the "shift" keys (next to your "z" and your "/") will make little letters bigger.

Oh, and welcome to the board shithead (a truly timeless insult, by comparison). You can take your balls out of your hand now and wipe the froth from your mouth. We're relatively laid back around here, so you can drop the first-day-in-prison attitude and relax a little.

I love how this 24 y/o noob drags out a dead thread and then proclaims to know more than all of us ex-veterans, ex-seals, current military, etc. - many with more than twice his life experience...
