i actually don't know...

our agency is busy with calls and other things, so i seriously lack a major knowledge of the lesser vehicle codes... i know all the major ones and most of the "slightly less major" ones, but i still look a few up now and then...

kind of an "I know this is illegal but i gotta find the section" thing...

as for this, i consulted my trusty VC... and now it's what, 15 minutes later...

i don't really know... i would have to call a 20+ veteran for this

Do cops generally pull over Red cars more ?
(I don't know why my parents insist on keep repeating "Red cars get pulled over more...and the irony is, they both drive red cars )

So at the begining of April, I got two tickets for running two red lights at the same time in NYC. At the end of September, Im going to court with some evidence that proves it was necessary to run the lights. Knowing that the judge will always take the officers side of the story...What are the chances that five months after this incident, that the officer will show up? I know that you guys guys notified when you have to go to court, correct ?

Also...do you consider two people in a running black mercedes parked angled in one parking spot furthest away from any other car...suspicious?

Is there really a quota for the number of tickets you have to write per month?

Do you target out of state drivers, since they're more likely to just plead guilty than come back to the state and appear in court?

what was your legal reason for running the lights?

Im sure he'll show up for this one... i dont usually go to traffic court for a year, it's not that uncommon... and we get overtime for it so we rarely miss it. We're notified by our supervisors, who are notified by the courts...

depends on the area, where a fast food place is, etc... if i was bored I'd watch it from a hiding place

i'd at least run the plate to get an idea of who it is

no quota, but you usually need to look like you're doing something. keep those "stats" up if you catch my drift

i try to avoid out of state cars actually, sometimes it can take a while to get the plate info back and I don't always like that...

If I drive with a bottle of "coke" in my car, and I smell like alcohol, and aren't necessarily over the legal alcohol limit... will you search through open drinks that don't look necessarily spiked? Say I hypothetically put whiskey int he "coke"?

I see...I was in a mall parking lot, and two narcos in an OLD taxi Crown Vic rolled up on my cousin and I, questioned what were doing...and ran the plates to make sure the car wasnt stolen.

Can you stop someone even though he didn't do anything illegal? i.e. young kids driving around in a nice car at night.. maybe they stole the car.

Happened to me once when I was 17, and the cop even told me he stopped me cause he saw me driving around "all crazy". Me and my roommate were driving looking for places to park. He let us go after checking my license and registration.

So are there any hottie female police officers ?.
If so....have you slept with them ?
If you've slept with them....Do they like it rough ?
What are the chances of a civilian sweet talking a hot female officer?

the most recent i can think of was 65+ (maybe 80, but 65 was all I could get) in a 25... and a construction zone! would have been a very hefty ticket with the double fines...

but it was like 1 am, clear view... so we talked cars for a bit before i let him go with a warning

no, you cannot stop a car without a reason...

but there is always a reason... the stat is like an average driver breaks something in the vehicle code every 2 or 3 miles... seriously

we have a huge section of codes we memorize from the start, designed to get us the car... minor minor violations you can find on most any car...

Car was merging from the right lane to the center lane where my car was and didnt see me, 10 feet from light one while it was yellow, I move into the left lane to avoid being hit...light one turns red as Im passing through the it...light two, 20 feet away turns red at the same time as light one, going 45 miles an hour through light one wouldnt have allowed me to stop at light two...so I ran it.

Someone flashed their highbeams at me from behind to move so I flicked them off and yelled, "FUCK YOU" Turned out to be a cop. It was night and I didn't turn to see so I didn't know.

He came out and told me, "Sir, please don't provoke people into a fight." I was like, "That's cool" I wanted to say, "Then don't high beam people dipshit!"
