Tarnsmission and Brakes Help!!!

I drive an automatic 2004 rsx. Yesterday I took it to Jiffy Lube to get the oil changed as well as the tarnsmission fluid exchange and powersteering fluid exchange. As soon as I got my car back it was not running right at all. The gears were not changing, I was only driving 20mph at it was 3000+ revs. The brakes were locked up, I could not hit the brake pedal at all and the car would completley stop even if it was on neutral. I took it back to the jiffy lube and they said they had no idea what was wrong with it, after about 20 minutes of playing with it, it magically worked again. They did not have a mechanic to take a look at it so they told me to go in today but I had to work so I did not get a chance. Point it this morning the car is having the same issues. I heard it might be an issue with the air in the transmission fluid. Does anyone have any idea what happened and what it will take to fix the issue?

So they drained and refilled the tranny? Did they use the right fluid?

They didn't do a flush did they? I've heared acuras aren't supposed to be flushed.

Possible failure. Acura warns against it.

Acura recommends using genuine Honda / Acura transmission fluid otherwise any other fluid would ruin the transmission as most fluids don't have high viscosity like Honda transmission fluid does.
