Rock chips from driving on the highway?

really hate this when driving at high speeds on the highway, they seem almost impossible to avoid

its barely noticeable, but I got my first tiny rock chip on my front bumper (16 ILX)......its really messing with me because I love this car and I wanted to keep it after the lease is up, now little chips make me Not want to buy it, I feel like I cant buy a car thats not in absolute perfect condition lol

Any words of encouragement from the Acura family?

It's only going to get worse from here!

Clear bra it or move on to worrying about bigger fish.. Or deer, possum, dogs, roadkill or other cars

It seems like the clear bra is the way to go, I should've really gotten it done as soon as I left with the car in April. I wouldve only had the front bumper and the hood done.

I can still get it done, at least it will prevent further damage.....I was also looking into the vinyl wrap, I think its nice looking it can be costly tho

Yeah I've noticed 3 minor rock chips in my bumper/hood.

2016ILX with 12,500miles now. Tiny, but deep enough to go down to the metal or paint.

I have my 16' ILX full bumper, headlights, partial hood/fender wrapped in Avery Nano Fusion Paint Protection Film. I would definitely recommend it if your keeping your car for a long time. The nano fusion film doesn't yellow like other films. You can't even notice it on the car. It will definitely help with the stone chips and keep the paint in good condition. It's still not too late.
