Does Acura offer a bracket or mount for the front license plate on the 2016 Acura IlX other then the two holes in the bumper?

You'll probably get a more accurate answer if you ask on the ILX forum ( Acura ILX Discussion - AcuraZine - Acura Enthusiast Community ) There seem to be several "front license plate" posts there.

Not aware of any other bracket style. Unfortunately, my dealer pre-drilled the two holes for the front plate. Due to that, I just left the factory bracket on and keep the front plate on it. My other two cars have no front plate and a pristine bumper.

I just kept my plate off and used these. Perfect color match!!

Do these plugs fit the standard bumper holes that the dealer drills for the front plate bracket? I heard somewhere that the holes are fairly large.

They are slightly bigger but they are covered anyway so it doesn't matter.

Hmm, maybe I'll try them out. I really don't like the front bumper marred by an ugly license plate.
