TLX Center Bore Size

Hi, i believe the TLX center bore size is 64.1mm. When buying after-market wheels. Does the aftermarket wheel HAVE to have an exact same center bore size?

If the bore is smaller the wheel will not mount. If the hub bore is larger you'll need to buy some hubcentric rings to ensure there is no space between the hub and the wheel's hub.

The TLX uses hubcentric wheels meaning the weight is supported by the hub and it's center is found via the hub. Other wheels can be lug centric in which the lugs help find the center of where the wheel should be.

If you don't use the adapters with a larger bore, you'll get a nasty vibration and can snap off wheel studs.
