Another tire/wheel question

I have spent the last little while searching this forum as well as the general internet and have not been able to find the answer so I thought I would post here.

I have a 2015 TLX V6 AWD with the stock wheels and rims. I came from a 4th Gen TL Advance with a winter set-up of 245/45/R18's. I sold my wheels since they would not fit however I kept the rubber as they were only 3 months old and a solid set of tires. I am looking to replace the rims and have my eye on a set of ASA GT10's that are 18x8 with a 35 offset (see below image)

My question is will the variance in the offsets and tire width from my regular set-up (225 on a 7.5" rim with a 50 offset) and this proposed winer set-up (245 on an 8" rim with a 35 offset) cause an issue with spacing and tires rubbing? If so, any recommendations on what I can do to make this work?

Thanks for looking,

They will fit fine.

- Clearance on the interior will be almost exactly the same
- the diameter is almost the same so speedometer will be accurate
- the tires are wider so will extend out from the car by 3/4"
