barely any bass???

Not sure if my setting is off or not, or the v6 model is better, but after I drove a v6 based loaner for a week, I noticed the sound, mainly the bass, is much stronger than my i4 tech. I matched up with the v6 setting, playing the same song from the same usb flash drive, and the v6 based bass is stronger. Although my i4 tech is louder and clearer, but barely any bass. Any tips on playing with some setting that make it better? Hope this make sense.

Really? That's suck! I do want to install the aftermarket sub but I been hearing about the ANC is a hassle, plus I don't know how to install just the sub only and leave the rest alone lol.

Disable ANS (active noise cancellation). It seems to interfere with the system, especially if you drive in Eco\Normal (Sport disables or lessens some of the ANS).

You can either do that temporarily through the diagnostics menu, or pull the cable from the unit itself.
