Vibration in cabin when stopped

I have a '13 TL SH-AWD with 21k on the clock. I've noticed (about a year ago) the car is pretty rough when I'm stopped at lights. I feel vibration in the steering wheel and seat. It's smooth in neutral and worse with the AC on.

I went the dealership and they played dumb, but eventually replaced my torque converter. While the transmission feels way better in motion, the vibration actually feels worse.

Has anyone else had this issue? If, so what did you to resolve it?

classic sign of worn or binding engine mounts.

You can do 2 things:

1. Replace the engine mounts and transmission mounts. They get damaged over time but shouldn't need to be replaced until after 50K

2. Engine Mount Neutralization: Loosen all the mounts to finger tight, then repeatedly move the shifter from park, to reverse and drive to help the engine rock and set into a neutral position. Then with the car in Neutral, tighten all the mounts to spec and test drive to see if it's helped.

The dealership should have noticed damaged or broken mounts during the transmission repair, but it's possible they were binding and went unnoticed.

I'm familiar with Acura's fragile mounts. I had to replace all of them in my 2G, but at least those lasted until about 65k, 21k seems like way too early for them to go bad! The neutralization thing sounds promising, however I think I might just try my luck at another dealer.

These guys jerked me around for months and now that I have my car back (after the trans work) I had a metal clanking coming from the engine bay while driving. It's like amateur hour over there.
