P0507 code -
I have a 2009 tl-Shawd and received a code P0507 after I cleaned out the throttle body with CRC throttle body cleaner and cleaned the MAF with CRC MAF cleaner. The same day I noticed an increase in parked idle speed and general acceleration which I was impressed and happy about but then a few hours later the sh-awd error light and emission error light came on. I disconnected the battery after a day hoping it was just carbon build up form the cleaning but code is still coming back up. Also I noticed it will go to front wheel drive mode only and I have to restart the car to get and again. Anyone know what this code is for and how to fix?

If you don't have access to the Honda Diagnostic software/system.... based on past experiences with a J30 engine on an Accord, to fix this you need to do a couple of long deceleration (preferably on highway off ramps) with your foot off the gas. Shut it down/start it and after it cools down a few degrees get back on the highway and maintain a steady normal-highway speed. Sometimes the idle gets fixed like that and the ECU non-continuous emissions tests set the codes right and re-writes values in memory such as the throttle body valve position. Also, run the engine and let the fans start/stop twice, even though sometimes on the 4G TL, the 3.7 engine, won't heat up enough (over 90oC I think) for the fans to turn on.
Remember safety first, don't do any of these if there is traffic or you have drive ability issues with the car.
